SHIPPING POLICY

For print books, stationary and toys our Shipping Policy is as follows.

(1)      DELIVERY ADDRESSES AND DISPATCH

We will arrange for the products to be shipped to the delivery address indicated in your order.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within a reasonable time of the date of the order confirmation. We guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 calendar days of the receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.

Our delivery times and delivery prices are based on averages. Whilst we aim to adhere to the delivery times indicated, there might be instances when deliveries can take longer to deliver. If your order is overdue or you have difficulties receiving your products please let us know via our contact form or by emailing us on help@gingerbooks.co.uk.

Currently, we only deliver products to the United Kingdom addresses. If your order needs to be delivered to an international address, we can organise this separately with you. Please let us know via our contact form or email (help@gingerbooks.co.uk).

(2)      FREE SHIPPING

Currently, we offer free delivery on orders over £10 to all UK customers.

(3)      SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RATES

Outside the UK At the moment we are unable to deliver to individual addresses outside the UK or EU. However, we are still able to take orders from customers located outside the UK and EU to be delivered in the UK addresses. In special cases, we can also arrange for the products to be delivered to an address outside the UK. Please contact us on help@gingerbooks.co.uk to arrange for the delivery.

*Delivery times exclude Sundays and Bank Holidays.

(4)      DELAYED DELIVERIES

Our delivery times and prices are based on averages. Whilst we aim to adhere to the delivery times indicated, there might be instances when deliveries can take longer to deliver. If your orders is overdue or you have difficulties receiving your products please let us know via our contact form or by emailing us on help@gingerbooks.co.uk.

(5)      ORDER SIZE AND ORDERS BY BUSINESSES AND ORGANISATIONS

The delivery prices are for orders with small quantities and values. For large orders or orders for libraries, schools, companies, charities and government departments in the UK or internationally, please contact us on natalia@gingerbooks.co.uk for a customised quotation.

We provide discounts for businesses, educational establishments and libraries. Other large orders might be entitled to a discount based on the quantities and the type of products ordered.

(6)      NON-DELIVERY

When a dispatched product is delayed or is thought to be lost in transit, Ginger Books will offer to replace the product or refund:

(a)    15 days after dispatch for products sent via UK 1st class;

(b)   10 days after dispatch for products sent via UKMail;

(c)    45 days after dispatch for products sent via Europe airmail and international courier services.

All days indicated above are working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and banking holidays.

UKMail and courier services are replaced or refunded, if tracking records indicate that the products were not signed for at the correct address. No replacements or refunds are issued, if products have been delayed due to customs or issues with the recipient of products.
